 | Al & Marilyn Caldwell have been marriage and business partners since 1995. Al’s background includes over 38 years in the computer / data processing industry. He specialized in computer maintenance, implementations and customer service. Al retired from Electronic Data Systems in 1999 as a major accounts manager. he had complete customer responsibility for all technology issues for a large financial institution with nine locations in southern Marilyn’s background includes over 11 years in the real estate industry (including over 8 years with Windermere, Silverdale and over 8 years in healthcare. “This experience has provided me with a strong knowledge base affording me the ability to successfully work with a variety of age groups - especially those 55 and over”. For over 4 years I carried a California Administrator’s License for Assisted Living Communities and have been very active with several charities including Leukemia and Alzheimer’s. I also have an SRES designation that provides me with the experience necessary to assist those over the age of 55.
